This is a standard bakery producing a rage of bread products as well as cakes, tarts, pies, sausage rolls, and selling cold drinks. It used to be the place to go for fresh bread in Crows Nest, but has lost much of that business to Baker's Delight. More recently, Michel's Patisserie opened up right across the street to squeeze cake sales. I feared that this bakery would suffer loss of business enough to push it out of existence, but it has managed to hold on to enough market share to continue without any signs of trouble.

And the reason is because it does a fine job of making basic bread, rolls, cakes, and pies. Although I do like Baker's Delight's bread, I always come here for a pie rather than Michel's right across the road, simply because they're better. The service is also better. If you're after a cake or pie in Crows Nest, I'd recommend you support this bakery.
