Saturday dawned bright and sunny. We showered and headed to one of the two Denny's within five minutes walk of here for breakfast. The girls were at the other one. Ate some brekky, then went to a nearby shopping area where a new age festival was taking place. It was still a little early though and they were just setting up for the day. We came back to the motel room and the groomsmen dressed in their tuxes. We left for the church, where Allison was already having pictures taken. We took care to avoid Terry seeing her.

Finally it was the actual wedding. It all went smoothly and was done in about half an hour. More photographs. Then we went to the reception hall, which was wonderfully decorated with rock 'n' roll 1950s stuff and lots of balloons in the wedding colours: pink, teal, and black. We ate food, listened to a few extremely brief speeches, and danced along to the band, who were pretty good. They did all the cake/garter/bouquet stuff during the band breaks. The cake was delicious!

Allison and Terry left in a shower of birdseed. The band played a final set, then two more songs while people loaded their cars (and they hence couldn't drive their van up to pack their own stuff up). We drove back to Allison's parents' place with Laurel, Rich, and kids, and Allison's grandmother. We had some junky Mexican from Taco Bell for dinner. Tina drove me back here to the motel so I could fall alseep. Greg and Scott arrived later.
